Vuer LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our demo OTT streaming application (“Vuer”) collects, uses, and protects your information when used on mobile or connected TV (CTV) devices. This app is intended solely as a demonstration tool for potential clients and not for general public use.

App Usage Data (e.g., navigation patterns, playback duration)
Bluetooth RSSI (signal strength data to infer proximity to CTV)
Viewing History (what content was watched and when)
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any directly identifiable personal information. The app does not access your microphone, camera, or files.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:
To demonstrate our real-time analytics and proximity-based tracking to OTT clients
To analyze and improve demo performance
To identify and resolve crashes or technical issues (via crash reporting)
All information is handled in a way that protects user anonymity and complies with applicable privacy laws.

We do not share personal data with any third parties. However, we may share statistical summaries with prospective clients to demonstrate the capabilities of Vuer. This data is fully anonymized and aggregated.

Crash reporting platforms (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics)

All device identifiers are hashed before storage.
Data is stored securely and used only for internal demo analysis.
We retain anonymized data for analysis purposes only.
No user account creation or login is required.
